Made for your order
Our pieces are made to order. Production estimates vary by item:
- Crews, hoodies, wide-leg pants, leggings and beanies: generally 2–5 business days before shipping.
- Thong underwear: generally 2–7 business days before shipping.
Production time does not include transit time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. These are general estimates; if a product page shows a different production estimate, use that estimate for that item. Timing can vary with the product, production location, destination, carrier and seasonal demand. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and we do not guarantee holiday delivery.
Shipping and tracking
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We work with more than one production partner, so items in the same order may ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days. Each parcel may have its own tracking number. When tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping updates.
If an order is delayed
If we cannot ship within the timeframe given when you ordered, we will contact you with updated information and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a prompt refund. We will follow applicable requirements for cancellation and refunds if consent to a delay is not obtained.
Check your address
Please check your delivery address before ordering. Email us immediately if it needs correcting; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in production or has shipped. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a return, additional shipping charges may apply. We will confirm any reshipping cost with you first.
